Here at G-Rack our aim is to make storage simple. That means making everything as quick and easy as possible from finding your products online to getting them delivered and built.
With that in mind, we have tried to cover all of our most frequently asked questions to give you as much information as possible.
Delivery is included for mainland UK (excluding some out of areas postcodes) on a standard 3 working day service. If you want your items a little sooner, don't worry, you can find next day and saturday delivery options at check out for an additional charge.
Yes, we do - you can find all our delivery options at the checkout, including our standard 3 working day delivery (included in the cost for mainland UK - excluding some out of areas postcodes), next day delivery and saturday delivery. For next day options please make sure you are ordering before the cut off time of 12 noon to be eligible; if you order after the cut off you are unlikely to get your order next day and you will still be charged the next day fee.
Yeah, we do - see above point. you can find all our delivery options at checkout, including Saturday delivery options. Again, keep in mind the cut off time of 12 noon; you need to order before cut off on th Friday before you want your delivery, any orders placed after this will still be charged, even though you are unlikely to receive your items the following day. What is more likely, is that these will still be organised for a Saturday service - but they'll be shipped for the following Saturday (i.e. +7 days).
Unfortunately, currently, our international shipment options are limited. If you're looking to order some great quality, great value racking, shelving or storage but aren't UK based, then please contact us directly to discuss your options.
At the minute, we aren't able to do customer collections. We're sorry, but we need to make sure that the health and safety of our customers, and our warehouse team remains a priority. In normal times, we welcome all customers who want to come in and see us to get their items - and we look forward to being able to do so again.
We're in a lovely warehouse and head office combo just outside of Durham, in the sunny northeast (England, UK).
We aren't in any - our best-selling G-Rack racking, shelving and storage solutions are available online only, which is why we can offer you such great value on high quality products.
